1. GENERAL

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by All about Skin Studio.
1.2 By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. APPOINTMENTS

2.1 Appointments can be booked online, via Fresha App, WhatsApp, or in-person.
2.2 Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
2.3 Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

2.4 Please ensure there is a 2 week rest period between botox or filler treatments before your dermaplaning, microneedling or bioneedling treatment.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
3.3 No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 Payment for services must be made at the time of the appointment via payment link, EFT or card.
4.2 All product orders will require payment upon receipt of invoice. Products will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received.

4.3 We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and SnapScan.
4.4 All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. REFUNDS

5.1 No refunds will be given for services rendered.
5.2 Refunds for products will only be provided if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of purchase.

6. MEDICAL CONDITIONS

6.1 Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities in the consultation form prior to your treatment.
6.2 We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose such information.

7. PRIVACY

7.1 Your personal information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7.2 By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your appointments and promotions.

8. LIABILITY

8.1 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services or products.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. CHANGES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
